CHICAGO, Illinois, June 29 -- The FBI issued the following news release on June 28, 2024:
Robert W. "Wes" Wheeler Jr., special agent-in-charge of the Chicago Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced today a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Joseph "Troubles" Matos.
