ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, June 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release on June 27, 2024:
A federal grand jury returned an indictment today charging an Aldie man with wire fraud and unlawful monetary transactions relating to his scheme to defraud dozens of investors in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, Missouri, and elsewhere, causing millions of dollars in losses.
