WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release on June 27, 2024:
Today, U.S. Representatives Scott Perry (PA-10) and Nancy Mace (SC-01) introduced the IVF Protection Act to protect families' access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) services. The bill prohibits any State from receiving Medicaid funding if it enacts a ban on IVF.
