Congressman McGarvey (KY-03) released the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed an appeal (https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/23-726_6jgm.pdf) that would unpause Idaho's total abortion ban, allowing women in Idaho to receive abortions when their health is at risk:
