Today, Congresswoman Lori Trahan (MA-03) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court dismissed a case regarding the legality of Idaho's Republican abortion ban that prohibited abortion care for women experiencing emergency pregnancy complications:
"Republicans in Idaho passed an extreme abortion ban that strips women of their right to emergency abortion care . . .
