HOUSTON, Texas, June 27 -- Rice University issued the following news release:

Rice University and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center today announced the creation of the Cancer Bioengineering Collaborative to develop innovative technologies and bioengineering approaches to improve cancer research, diagnosis and treatment.
