CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, June 27 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news:
The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Governors approved the appointment of Dr. Bruce Skinner as a University representative to the Show Me Center Board of Managers as well as the River Campus Board of Managers.
Skinner is associate vice president of student life at Southeast.
The Multi-use Center Agreement between the City of Cape Girardeau and So . . .
