FORT BELVOR, Virginia, June 27 -- The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command issued the following news:

The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) celebrated the Army's 249th birthday with a traditional cake-cutting ceremony held in its Nolan Building headquarters at Fort Belvoir, June 14.
