SPARTANBURG, South Carolina, June 26 -- The city of Spartanburg issued the following news:

Council heard an overview of a roadmap for how to allocate the City's remaining $7.3 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding at their meeting on Monday. Walking Council through the proposal, Deputy City Manager Mitch Kennedy highlighted that each item reflected an important priority area for City leadership.
