WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) led over a dozen Members of Congress in pushing back against the Biden administration's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rule entitled "Clean Power Plan 2.0", which would issue new regulatory requirements for existing coal-fired and new natural gas-fired power plants.
