OMAHA, Nebraska, June 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Mark Smith, 51, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced June 20, 2024, in federal court in Omaha for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. United States District Court Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Smith to 160 months' imprisonme . . .
