WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Earl L. Carter, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA) today announced the introduction of the Foreign Research Transparency Act of 2024, a bill requiring foreign sub-grantees to disclose all documents related to U.S. taxpayer-funded research.
