WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Congressman Richard Hudson (R-NC) announced that his Advanced Nuclear Deployment Actpassed in the U.S. Senate. This legislation was included in a bipartisan, bicameral nuclear energy reform package, the Fire Grants and Safety Act of 2023, and now heads to the President's desk to be signed into law.
