WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. James Risch, R-Idaho, issued the following news release:
Senators Jim Risch (R-Idaho), Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), and Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution of disapproval to overturn the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Phase II Final Rule.
