"Buddy" Carter (R-GA) and Scott Peters (D-CA) today celebrated the Senate's passage of their bipartisan Global Nuclear Energy Assessment and Cooperation Act, sending it to President Biden's desk to be signed into law. This bill will bolster the United States' nuclear energy sector while inhibiting our adversaries' nuclear capabilities, including both China and the Russia . . .
