TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 19 -- The Florida Public Service Commission issued the following news release:
For the first time since 2011, the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) designated 10 wireless telecommunication carriers as eligible to provide the federal Lifeline Assistance (Lifeline) program to customers in Florida. Lifeline offers discounted telephone/broadband service to customers who qualify.
