INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, June 19 -- The Indiana Senate Republicans posted the following statement on June 17, 2024, from State Sen. Andy Zay, R-Huntington, regarding the recent court ruling to expand the pool of Indiana farmers eligible for reimbursement from the grain indemnity fund:
