HOUSTON, Texas, June 18 -- Rice University issued the following news release:
Nearly 8 in 10 Houston residents believe owning a home is a good way to build wealth, but Houston's homeownership has been on the decline since the early 2000s. These and other findings will be discussed in a free webinar highlighting the 2024 State of Housing report from Rice University's Kinder Institute for Urban Research, which will be released June 20.
