ANCHORAGE, Alaska, June 18 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release on June 17, 2024:
Today, the State of Alaska filed its Reply Brief in its appeal of the Alaska Superior Court's ruling in April, which found the correspondence study program unconstitutional and sent parents of students in such programs scrambling for answers.
