Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that Dr. David Young, 61, of Fredericksburg, Texas, was convicted by a federal jury for causing the submission of more than $70 million in fraudulent health care claims. Young wrote fraudulent prescriptions for medically unnecessary orthotic braces and genetic tests for more than 13,000 beneficiaries and received $475,000 in illegal kickbacks fro . . .
