Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) issued the following statement after voting against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025:
"The annual NDAA has always been enacted with bipartisan support to address national security threats our country faces. The House Armed Services Committee passed a strong bipartisan bill that would grant a well-deserved pay . . .
