WASHINGTON, June 14 -- The Sierra Club issued the following news release on June 13, 2024:
This week, the Senate voted to confirm the three nominees to serve terms as commissioners at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Judy W. Chang was confirmed today, and David Rosner and Lindsay S. See were confirmed yesterday.
By statute, only three of the five commissioners can be from the same political party. For that reason, given the current make-up of FERC, Chang and Ro . . .
