JACKSON, Mississippi, June 14 -- Entergy issued the following news release:
The Mississippi Public Service Commission has approved Entergy Mississippi's plan to decrease energy rates and help keep bills stable for customers. The plan, taking effect during the July billing cycle, comes as the anticipated summer heat wave will cause customers to increase their energy usage. The typical residential customer using 1,000 kWh per month will see a bill decrease of $2.07 beginning in July.< . . .
