CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, June 14 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news:
Students now have expanded pathways to further their education thanks to a growing partnership between Southeast Missouri State University and Three Rivers College. SEMO President Dr. Carlos Vargas and TRC President Dr. Wesley Payne signed new articulation agreements this month.
