FRESNO, California, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury returned a one-count indictment today against Jose Miguel Perez, 42, of Corona, charging him with possessing with intent to distribute more than 5 kilograms of cocaine and more than 1 kilogram of heroin, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
