FRESNO, California, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment today against Fabian Rodriguez, 35, of Bakersfield, charging him with being a felon in possession of ammunition and for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
