WASHINGTON, June 13 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:

Senators Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-KS), JD Vance (R-OH), Mike Lee (R-UT), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), and Eric Schmitt (R-MO) announced a sweeping hold policy on a series of President Biden's Senate nominees in response to the Biden administration's radical lawfare against President Trump and other political opponents.
