Today in Toledo, Ohioans noted Moreno is "someone who just does not tell the truth" following the string of "inaccurate" and "dishonest" claims he has made on the campaign trail.
Moreno's calculated attempt to reinvent himself to appeal to voters - from his false claims of bringing 5G access to Cleveland and his phony "rags-to-riches" . . .
