WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
SHEIN, a fast-fashion company with close ties to Communist China, previously filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the U.S. stock exchange. However, after pressure from U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and other members of Congress, and increased scrutiny from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), SHEIN changed course. SHEIN now hopes to list on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). . . .
