SYRACUSE, New York, June 11 -- Syracuse University issued the following news:
Ying Shi, assistant professor of public administration and international affairs in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, has been named a William T. Grant Scholar and received a $350,000 award to explore Asian American students' exposure to victimization and hate crimes in school.
