Oscar Rodriguez has been appointed as head of Institutional Sales at Nationwide Retirement Solutions. In this role, Rodriguez will oversee Nationwide's institutional distribution efforts focusing on corporate and not-for-profit retirement plan markets. He will report to Craig Hawley, senior vice president of Retirement Solutions Distribution at Nationwide.
