MONTGOMERY, Alabama, June 8 -- The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs posted the following news release:
Gov. Kay Ivey has announced a $345,947 grant to assist the town of Carrollton with the upgrade of a vital community service.
Funds from the Appalachian Regional Commission will help upgrade sewer and wastewater collection systems for residents and businesses in the Pickens County town.
