KEMPNER, Texas, June 8 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority issued the following news release:
The Kempner Volunteer Fire Department plans to equip a fire engine with new equipment that is scheduled to arrive soon, thanks to a $24,000 grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and Pedernales Electric Cooperative.
