HOUSTON, Texas, June 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 56-year-old Needville man has been ordered to federal prison for his role in an illegal kickback scheme and a commodities insider trading scheme involving natural gas futures contracts.
Matthew Clark pleaded guilty March 15 to honest services wire fraud, commodities insider trading and prohibited commodities transactions.
