HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, June 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:

The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Jose Laboy, age 40, of Susquehanna Township, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 9 years in prison by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson for his role in a multi-million dollar marijuana ring.
