MONTEREY, California, June 7 -- The Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security issued the following story:
During a Changing of the Guard ceremony earlier this year, one Center for Homeland Defense and Security alum passed the colors to another CHDS alum as Adjutant General of the Louisiana National Guard.
