As of this week, the race for Pennsylvania's 10th District is now in a statistical tie -- and between Janelle Stelson's distinct brand and the continued dysfunction in Congress, storm clouds are on the horizon for Scott Perry.
New polling from Franklin & Marshall shows Stelson on the rise, and with no signs of stopping soon:
