WASHINGTON, June 7 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issued the following program update on June 6, 2024:
APHIS updated the Federal Domestic Soil Quarantines Map (https://www.aphis.usda.gov/sites/default/files/fed-soilregs.pdf) to include the following changes:
* Removed the Oriental fruit fly quarantine in Santa Clara County, California
APHIS restricts the movement of domestic soil from areas within the contin . . .
