Today Governor Jared Polis signed SB24-210 (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb24-210), an elections bill, into law. SB210 was presented to the legislature as a technical bill to prepare for the 2024 election. Opponents of the bill identified a number of reasons to oppose the legislation.
