WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, joined Ranking Member Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) today in introducing a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution of disapproval to overturn the Biden administration's Clean Power Plan 2.0 rule.
