DENVER, Colorado, June 5 -- Gov. Jared Polis, D-Colorado, issued the following news release:

Today, Governor Polis signed the following bills into law administratively.

* HB24-1004 - Ex-Offenders Practice in Regulated Occupations, sponsored by Representatives Jennifer Bacon and Shannon Bird, and Senator James Coleman.

* HB24-1034 - Adult Competency to Stand Trial, sponsored by Representatives Judy Amabile and Mary Bradfield, and Senator Rhonda Fields.
