LARAMIE, Wyoming, June 5 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
Grant Dillivan, a recent University of Wyoming graduate from Powell, is the recipient of a prestigious Truman Scholarship. He is the first UW student in 15 years to receive the premier graduate scholarship for aspiring public service leaders in the U.S.
