The North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP) has issued the following statement following the appeal of SB 749 to the N.C. Supreme Court:
"We are pleased to see that the legislature's leadership has appealed the ruling of SB 749 directly to the N.C. Supreme Court. Simply put, our boards of election should operate on a bipartisan b . . .
