PIERRE, South Dakota, June 4 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem and 23 of her fellow Republican governors sent a letter to President Biden opposing proposed amendments to the World Health Organization's (WHO) Internal Health Regulations (IHR) and a new pandemic treaty.
