AUSTIN, Texas, June 1 -- The Public Utility Commission of Texas issued the following news release on May 30, 2024:
The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) will open applications for the Texas Energy Fund (TEF) In-ERCOT Generation Loan Program tomorrow, June 1, 2024. To be considered for a loan, eligible entities must have previously submitted a notice of intent to apply and must submit a completed loan application on the TEF Portal between June 1 - July 27, 2024.
