SAN MARCOS, Texas, June 1 -- Texas State University issued the following news release:
Daris Hale, a senior lecturer in the School of Music at Texas State University, has received a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program grant to teach and research music at Tribhuvan University and the Nepal Music Center in Nepal.
Hale is the first TXST Fulbright Scholar to travel abroad since 2019.
