WASHINGTON, May 31 -- The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Intellectual Property released the following written testimony by Benjamin Sheffner, senior vice president and associate general counsel of law and policy at the Motion Picture Association Inc., from a hearing dated April 30, 2024, entitled "The NO FAKES Act: Protecting Americans from Unauthorized Digital Replicas."
