SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, May 31 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah issued the following news release:
A United States Magistrate Judge ordered a Weber County resident to remain in custody following the alleged sell of fentanyl laced pills that led to the death of another person. On May 8, 2024, a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging the defendant.
