BOSTON, Massachusetts, May 31 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on May 30, 2024:
A Fall River man was sentenced today for his role in a drug distribution conspiracy involving thousands of oxycodone pills.
Austin Gonsalves, 37, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Denise J. Casper to 41 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release. Gonsalves was also ordered to forfeit $16 . . .
