CHEYENNE, Wyoming, May 31 -- Gov. Mark Gordon, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release:
Governor Mark Gordon announced that Wyoming has filed an additional lawsuit challenging a new rule from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) targeting the coal industry.
